What needed to be solved

The Problem

Working adults struggle to find therapists who accept their insurance, offer evening appointments, and have clear, trustworthy information — especially when provider directories are overwhelming and outdated.

The Solution

A high-fidelity UI and prototype that simplifies provider discovery, highlights insurance acceptance upfront, surfaces evening availability immediately, and supports quick, confident decision-making.
